At least six people have died and several others were injured during the blaze in the 10-storey block of flats, Belgian police hace said. The fire, which police said was caused by a technical problem on the ground floor, broke out just before 10:00 (08:00 GMT) on Wednesday. The man in the footage is seemingly helped into a neighbouring window. More than 200 people live in the block, and 80 flats were evacuated by the fire department, the police said. More on this story.
