As someone who has studied the intersection of science, technology, and policy, I completely agree. Its vital that any intelligence strategies are grounded in scientific principles, but we must also be mindful of the political implications of their implementation. This requires a delicate balance that can be challenging to achieve, but its essential for ensuring that our intelligence agencies are both effective and impartial.
