Leeds sign £34.1m defender Muharemovic

The 23-year-old Bosnia-Herzegovina international has signed a five-year deal at Elland Road. He is a replacement for Pascal Struijk , who joined Brighton for £20m in June, and is Leeds ' second signing of the summer after Harry Wilson's free transfer from Fulham . Muharemovic played at this summer's World Cup for his country and was involved in the challenge that saw USA forward Folarin Balogun infamously sent off . The centre-back was sent off himself against Switzerland .
