The crew were Lieutenant Commander Chris Gayson, Lieutenant Lily-Mae Fisher and Petty Officer Owen Green, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) has confirmed. They died on board a Merlin Mk4 helicopter that crashed during a training exercise at about 03:45 BST on Wednesday near Okehampton.
