We are getting first reports from Damascus, saying at least 18 people, including four police officers, were injured in the explosions reported earlier. One of the bombs was placed in a bin and the other in a vehicle near the Four Seasons Hotel where Macron spent the night, a Syrian security source told AFP, requesting anonymity.
