Jordan subpoenas prosecutor over case involving protest near Stephen Miller’s home

House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) on Friday subpoenaed a local Virginia prosecutor he’s accused of failing to take action against protesters outside the home of White House aide Stephen Miller.
