Published 15 July 2026, 18:17 BST Updated 1 minute ago A 14-year-old boy has been charged with offences linked to "extreme right-wing terrorism" in connection with an alleged plan to target two mosques in Sutton, south London, the Metropolitan Police said. The child was initially arrested on suspicion of criminal damage to a vehicle. Officers searching an address then found "a number of documents of concern", a Met spokesperson said.
