After standing at the very top of the famous building's spire together, they climbed down to a small platform, where one appeared to get down on one knee and propose marriage to the other. They then kissed before continuing to descend. They were atop the 1,454 ft (443 m)building for at least ten minutes. The New York Police Department told the BBC they have no information to give.
