Arrest over push of woman into bus's path in 2017 12 minutes ago Share Save Add as preferred on Google A jogger allegedly pushed a woman in front of a bus during an incident nine years ago A man has been arrested over an incident when a woman was allegedly pushed into the path of a bus in south-west London in May 2017. CCTV footage at the time shows a jogger running along Putney Bridge and appearing to shove the woman, then aged 33, into the road. She escaped serious injury. On Monday, the Metropolitan Police said officers arrested a 44-year-old man on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm. He remains in police custody. The force had closed its investigation into the incident in 2018 after three men had been arrested and released without charge.
