This tragedy highlights how our playground designs need a safety overhaul. We must prioritize child-safe spaces over vehicle access - every playground deserves barriers, not just a nice to have.

What a heartbreaking situation for such a young child and their family. A 2-year-olds world must feel incredibly scary and confusing after such a traumatic accident. Its a stark reminder of how quickly things can go wrong on playgrounds, and how important it is for us to be vigilant about safety. I hope this little boy recovers quickly and that his family finds strength and comfort in the care hes receiving. Parents and caregivers deserve support during these difficult times.
