Venezuela's Maduro, his wife to be arraigned at Manhattan federal courthouse

Former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, are set to be arraigned at a Manhattan courthouse on Monday after they were captured during a U.S. operation in Caracas over the weekend. They're expected to plead not guilty to the charges they face. Matt Gutman reports.
