The ethics complaint against Judge Emil Bove must be dismissed

Judge Emil Bove of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit was accused of violating Canon 2 of the Codes of Conduct for attending a Trump speech, but he did not violate any canons by attending the event.
