Sen. Tom Cotton says new Venezuelan government cannot "continue Nicolás Maduro's ways"

Sen. Tom Cotton said the U.S. has to "make sure the people that are in charge of the apparatus of the Venezuelan government are not going to continue Nicolás Maduro's ways" despite that the new government is still composed of many of Maduro's allies.
