Rwanda-backed AFC/M23 rebels claim withdrawal from key DR Congo city

The Rwandan-backed AFC/M23 armed group said Wednesday it had begun withdrawing its troops from Uvira, a strategic town in eastern DR Congo that it captured in early December.
