Re: National Center for Atmospheric Research closing?

Atmospheric research should be under NOAA and not under NASA.  NASA should be totally space oriented.  Just my opinion.  NOAA should handle anything under the Karman line.  NASA above.  It is just my opinion.  Many government agencies overlap.
