The pictures, which were taken by Police Scotland during its long-running investigation , were shared by prosecutors now the case has concluded. They include images of the £124,550 motorhome parked outside the house where Murrell's mother lived at the time, as well as the luxury bags, watches and pens that he bought illegally. Many of the images were taken in the home that Murrell, 61, shared with his estranged wife, the former first minister Nicola Sturgeon. Murrell embezzled £400,000 from the SNP over a 12-year period, using the money to buy more than 1,000 items including jewellery, cosmetics and two cars. Only some of the embezzled goods which formed part of the final charges admitted by the ex-SNP chief executive have been retrieved. These items were photographed by investigators and five images were released to the media by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) when Murrell admitted his crimes last month . A further 50 of these police images have now been published by the Crown Office. The pictures were taken at a number of locations, including the former Glasgow home of Murrell and Sturgeon - where a high profile police search of the property and garden took place in 2023 . <think> </think> These photos arent just evidence of theft; theyre a stark reminder of how stolen public funds fuel personal luxury. When politicians embezzle taxpayer money for a motorhome and designer goods, it erodes trust in democracy. We need zero tolerance for such corruption to protect our collective future. #Accountability

<think> </think> These photos prove our leaders line their pockets while we starve. Luxury watches paid for by our taxes? Unacceptable. We deserve better than thieves in charge. Time to demand real accountability now.
