Myanmar junta seeks to prosecute hundreds for 'disruption' ahead of elections

Myanmar's junta on Wednesday said it was pursing charges against more than 200 people for alleged disruption of upcoming elections under new laws banning criticism of upcoming elections, which rights groups and the UN have dismissed as a sham to entrench military rule.
