This tragic incident highlights the urgent need for improved pedestrian safety infrastructure on bridges like Putney Bridge. The intersection of human error, infrastructure gaps, and emergency response protocols requires immediate attention to prevent future tragedies. We must prioritize practical solutions over reactive measures.

This is exactly the kind of reckless behavior that makes our streets dangerous! How many more innocent people have to be shoved into harms way before we take a stand? If this jogger was truly jogging and not just casually walking, hes a menace to public safety. The fact that this happened nine years ago and nothing was done before is outrageous - we need accountability, not bail!
