One of the highlights of the Christmas season here in France is the food. The main feast usually happens on Christmas Eve and the traditional dessert is the incredible Yule log or bûche de Noël. More than eight million Yule logs are sold in France every year, with three quarters of them purchased in late December. Eugenie Pont from Fou de Pâtisserie tells us where this delicious dessert comes from.
