Aegea Readies 2026 IPO, Works With Itau, BTG and Morgan Stanley

Brazilian sanitation company Aegea Saneamento e Participacoes SA is working with BTG Pactual SA, Itau BBA and Morgan Stanley for a potential IPO in 2026, according to people familiar with the matter.
